We have a part-time opportunity in our Hamilton branch for Service Consultant. This role provides a warm welcome for all visiting Members and is key in helping members with transaction processing, quality customer service and active promotion of products and services.
To be successful in this role you will need previous customer service experience, with the ability to work in a consistently evolving and changing environment. A keen digital advocate who is keen to learn.
You will have excellent and well-developed numeracy and literacy skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and enjoy being part of a fun team.
The hours of work are 30 hours a week over 5 days.
