Operational Compliance Administrator - Fixed Term

A fixed term opportunity has arisen for an Operational Compliance Administrator to work within our Risk and Compliance team. This role is primarily responsible for providing administration support, data enrichment and integrity , contributing towards the successful integration into business operations of two key timebound Bank Operational projects.

It goes without saying you will have previous customer service/administration experience in a related industry and be competent on the computer, specifically MS Office, within the Excel and Word tools and have experience in data entry and data management.

It would be preferable if you have previous financial service experience, sound understanding of Banking Customer relationship structures and a knowledge of banking industry products, policies and processes, as well as experience in administering frameworks and programmes.

The ability to work as an individual or part of a team with good attention to detail and high levels of discretion and professionalism are a must for this role. You will have good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to plan and schedule work within defined timeframes.

This is a fixed term opportunity for up to 7 months.
